Have you ever planned and booked a conference, client party, or perhaps a Christmas dinner for your company? Do you remember how much time it took to plan the setup, find the best suppliers, collect and compare quotes, adjust all the Excel files, invite participants, prepare decision documents for the boss, and not least handle all the changes that arose after you had booked everything? It was quite difficult and took a lot of time, right?
Our mission is to eliminate all problems around event planning – making it more fun and easier than ever. The solution is a web-based service called Event Logic, and our ambition is to become the obvious destination for anyone booking any type of corporate event – not just in Sweden but internationally. We are not looking to make a small improvement to a service that already exists. We go our own way!
The company is now in an early growth phase and we are seeing a high and steady increase in the number of booked events. Our headquarters are in Gothenburg and you will be our first employee in Stockholm, though several of us are in Stockholm relatively often. Some of our existing clients include SCA, Swedavia, Anticimex, New Wave, Sveriges Byggindustrier, and more. What will determine how successful we become is the strength of our team! Responsibilities and Tasks
- Be responsible for implementing Event Logic at large and medium-sized companies through client meetings, larger client events, online demos, and other interactions.
- Together with the CEO and the rest of the sales team, continuously improve the sales process and constantly test and evaluate new ways to reach prospective users.
- Participate in industry events, fairs, and similar to increase our brand awareness.
- Collaborate closely with our User Success team to maximize customers' use of Event Logic.
- Be part of the feedback team, which together with the development team decides on new features and how to improve existing ones. All to make the service even better for our customers and suppliers.
Who We Are Looking For
- Strong desire to make deals and build connections.
- Strong self-leadership – High personal drive and pace in client engagement.
- An entrepreneurial approach. Since we are a new company in a growth phase, you sometimes need to roll up your sleeves and help out where needed.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hotel and conference industry or within SaaS (Software as a Service).
- A large network of Travel Managers and/or conference and meeting planners is a plus.
- Someone with the will and potential to grow as the company grows. Perhaps you are our future office manager in Stockholm?
- High ambition level – just like the rest of the team.
