After completing a comprehensive overhaul of its travel programme — recognised with one of the industry's most respected awards — Scania is now taking the next step and introducing similar improvements for meetings, events and conferences sourced externally. As part of this work, Event Logic is being implemented. Through the platform, Scania broadens its supplier catalogue, simplifies the booking process for meeting planners and gains access to data that makes it possible to understand needs, patterns and usage over time — a basis for continuously improving how this type of meeting is planned and delivered.
