Event Logic

Have you ever planned and booked a conference, customer event or perhaps a Christmas dinner for your company? Do you remember how much time it took to find the best suppliers, collect and compare quotes, adjust all the Excel files, invite participants and not least handle all the changes that arose after you had booked everything? It was quite difficult and took a lot of time, right?
Our mission is to eliminate all problems around event planning -- make it more fun and easier than ever. The solution is called Event Logic, and our ambition is to become the obvious destination for everyone who needs to book any type of corporate event -- not just in Sweden but internationally. We are not looking to make a small improvement to a service that already exists. We are doing something completely new and creating change!
Since the launch of our innovative service in October last year, we have had strong and stable growth in booked events. Some of our existing users include Anticimex, New Wave, Moderna Forsakringar, Office Management, Polfarskt Brod, STS Student Travel Schools, and more. The service is free for our users and the revenue comes instead from the approximately 2,500 suppliers we currently have in Event Logic.

User Growth Sales Manager
Responsibilities and tasks
- Be responsible for implementing Event Logic at large and medium-sized companies, through customer meetings, larger customer events, online demos and other interactions
- Together with the CEO, continuously improve the sales process and constantly test and evaluate new ways to reach prospective users
- Participate in industry events and similar to increase our brand awareness
- Work closely with our User Success Agent to maximize customer usage of Event Logic
- Be part of the feedback team, which together with product development decides on new features and how to improve existing ones

What we are looking for
- Strong desire to do business and build contacts
- Strong self-leadership -- High personal drive and pace in customer engagement
- Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS (Software as a Service) or alternatively in the hotel and conference industry
- Entrepreneurial person. As we are a new company in a growth phase, you sometimes need to help out where needed
- Someone with the desire and potential to grow into a larger leadership role
- High level of ambition -- just like the rest of the team
User Success Agent
Responsibilities and tasks
- Provide exceptional service to our users and suppliers
- Ensure that our users and suppliers do business with each other
- Be the link between our users/suppliers and product development and continuously contribute to improving the service for them
- Assist the User Growth Sales Manager in ensuring implementation of Event Logic at large and medium-sized companies
- Handle chat support and certain incoming calls
