Event Logic
We are now making the dialogue between suppliers and users even easier. Event Logic always strives to ensure that those who book meetings, events, and conferences can provide suppliers of these services with as many of their requirements as possible already at the planning stage. By describing what, where, and how you want to do things, eat, stay, travel, and sit, you are given good conditions to clarify which providers you will benefit most from working with.
Based on this objective, we launched the "resources" feature in the Event Logic platform earlier this year. The purpose of this feature is to enable suppliers to inform their prospective visitors about what kinds of rooms they have available, as well as what different "seating arrangements" they can offer -- that is, how tables and chairs can be configured. In addition, they are given the opportunity to clarify what type of technical equipment they have on site and what is included in the price.
For those of you who use the platform to book meetings, events, and conferences, the resources feature simply means a faster path to the right suppliers. If it is of central importance to you that a particular type of venue is available, or if a projector is an essential part of your next conference, facilities that cannot offer this can be filtered out at an early stage. This means fewer question marks to straighten out after booking, thereby improving your chances of planning a successful event.
