Shedding Our Skin - New Fresh Design and Improved Features

Today a new design of the planning tool Event Logic is launched. The new version is available completely free of charge at app.eventlogic.se

Smart features and easier to use In the new tool, we have primarily focused on making the navigation easier by implementing a more intuitive interface and a completely new look. In addition to the new design, we have a number of new features, including:

• Smart notifications, where the tool helps users with which actions need to be taken in different parts of the planning process.
• New budget feature that makes it easy to compare different combinations of services and suppliers when procuring, so you can be sure you get the best possible solution.

In addition to new features and design, several of the existing features have also been significantly improved:

• Reminder feature that automatically reminds users - event bookers and suppliers - about deadlines, so you do not have to worry about missing important dates.
• Task delegation is a great feature if you are planning an event together with colleagues. You get total control of both which tasks are delegated and the status of each task.
• Schedule view, which is a new section, makes it easier to get an overview of your entire event.
• Simplified participant management that makes it easy and smooth to create beautiful invitations, invite guests, and receive registrations.
• New and improved communication features where you manage all communication between you and the colleagues you are planning with, all suppliers, and participants. By communicating directly in the tool, you get everything gathered in one place, so you can feel confident that you have full control of your entire event or conference.
