Filters
Keep track of the filter functions in Event Logic and make sure you are not filtered out by bookers searching for a venue with a gym, sauna, or outdoor activities. Have you added any services recently? Then be sure to update this in Event Logic's filter function so that the investments you have made at your facility also strengthen your competitiveness on the platform. At Event Logic, we are also very keen to ensure that bookers can filter venues that meet their highest-priority requirements at any given time. That is why we develop new filter functions regularly. The most recent example is the hybrid/video conference and streaming studio functions, which complemented existing filters at a time when demand for these features increased. In a world that is constantly changing, bookers' requirements for a meeting and conference venue will change as well. And in light of this, the importance of updating the information in the filter section cannot be overstated.
In summary:
The filter information needs to be reviewed and corrected when:
- You have changed your service offering and added/removed an aspect that exists as a filter in Event Logic.
- A new filter has been added in Event Logic and you can deliver what is being requested.
- You have not reviewed the information in a while and are unsure whether it is correct.
Resources
Furthermore, we are pleased to present a new feature on the platform. The feature, which we call resources, means that you can provide bookers with all conceivable information about the venues and rooms at your facility in more detail than before. How many meeting rooms do you have? How many people fit in each room? How can tables and chairs be arranged? All information of this kind facilitates planning for the prospective visitor. We therefore encourage you to set aside time and ensure that the information is in place, in order to increase your chances of being chosen by the bookers.
