Maximize your chances - part 2: texts
Event Logic

To convince bookers that comfort and safety are offered at your venue, images can be an effective tool. But equally important are the texts that complement the images on booking platforms and elsewhere.
The principles regarding which text works best are similar to the starting points we believe image choices should be based on. Namely, what does the booker prioritize now that was perhaps not as important before? What can you offer?
For example:
- Can you offer rewarding outdoor activities? Perfect, write about it.
- Will the venue need to be shared with other guests, or can visitors count on privacy?
- Are the meeting rooms spacious, and how are cleaning and other hygiene aspects handled?
All measures that contribute to a stay at your premises being safe are well worth emphasizing. And of greatest importance are likely the aspects that make your venue stand out compared to other options. Describe, in as vivid a way as possible, what the advantages of organizing a meeting, an activity, or a conference at your venue consist of.
A conference, an event, or a meeting consists of several aspects of equal importance. One provider delivers the accommodation, while another handles transport and a third provides a fun activity. Among suppliers of these services as well, it is important to prepare for when bookings pick up. To position yourself strongly ahead of increased demand for experiences of various kinds, the same principles apply as for hotel and conference venues. Set aside time to describe the measures you have taken as a result of the changing world. How do you handle hygiene and distancing on your buses? Or what hybrid activities can companies planning a team activity spread across multiple locations look forward to? What creative ideas that competitors have missed have emerged at your organization? Dedicate time and effort to inviting and compelling texts in Event Logic, so that bookers choose you when the time comes.
