Make the Most of Transport During Your Event or Conference
Event Logic
Most events or conferences require one or more forms of transport. A smart approach can be to use this in a constructive way.
Turn the Transport Into an Experience in Itself
One option is to make it an experience. An example of this is using RIB boats if you need to transport people to a venue in the archipelago. Or a helicopter if the budget allows. There are many variations.
This way you can turn a stretch of transport into a fantastic experience during the conference or event that participants will remember for a long time. You also save time, and instead of needing to squeeze in an extra activity, you can use this time for the actual meeting, for example.
Conference During Transport
Another option is to use the transport itself for conferencing. Here too there are many variations. Here are a few I can think of right now. Instead of a regular bus or everyone driving their own cars, you can hire a limousine bus where you can sit and have the meeting on the bus. The same option exists on a boat, where it works perfectly to hold a conference. A larger sailing boat can easily accommodate a management team, and for larger groups there are plenty of both smaller and larger vessels to charter.
Another option is to hire a private train, or why not a tram if you are in Gothenburg!
Feel free to share any other fun alternatives you may have in the comments below.
We aim to make Event Logic a resource with everything conceivable you might need to plan and execute a successful event, meeting, or conference -- free for everyone. Feel free to contribute.
