1. How would you describe yourself?
"Providing customers with great service, having a strong work ethic, and being a positive and reliable colleague -- that's me in a nutshell!"
2. What is your background?
I come from the hotel and conference industry where I have worked both as an event hostess and conference coordinator. Before joining Event Logic, I worked as an administrator for the Västra Götaland Region.
3. Why did you apply to Event Logic?
What attracted me to Event Logic and this role was above all that I consider this tool to be innovative and something the market truly needs. Being part of developing a tool together with incredibly dedicated and knowledgeable colleagues, based on our combined expertise and what customers are asking for, feels exciting, enriching, and incredibly fun!
4. What does your role involve?
"As a User Success Agent, I am responsible for the relationship with Event Logic's existing customers by providing service for their requested matters and following up on any needs that may exist now or in the future."
The goal is to work together with the team at Event Logic to develop the tool to its full potential by proactively identifying opportunities and improvements in the tool, as well as incorporating the feedback that customers and suppliers provide.
