About the role
In the role of Customer Success Platform Specialist with us, after being introduced to our platform, you will jump in and take on the role immediately. The role involves a lot of customer contact and is perfect for someone who is interested in IT applications and software. You have a professional approach to meeting our customers and help them resolve their issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
You are fearless and accustomed to handling contact with both new and existing users. You see opportunities and find solutions to problems where a given solution does not exist.
You will be part of our Customer Success team and work closely with our product and development organization, which is why we want you to have an interest in software and product development.
You have previous experience from supporting and working with IT and software platforms.
You are cheerful, social, and enjoy building customer relationships and are used to handling challenging situations. We believe you are persistent and eager to develop and build a career. To succeed in the role, an understanding of the importance of a structured work approach is required, something we will help you with in your new role.
We are a small team of about 10 people, which means we help each other and are passionate about what we do. We see that you have a strong will and an inner drive that makes you always want to develop and streamline what is on your plate. This in turn opens doors for you to grow and develop with the company.
